Cirque Noir at the Boneyard

A too Hot to Hike Summer Series Event
This marks the start of my vacation week. I will be in Chattanooga the entire week. doing a staycation. I thought I would plan some stuff and maybe post a few of things I do as events for the week.
This one looks interesting and the Venue is pretty cool.
It's twenty Bucks! A bargain! I look out for you guys.
One of my favorite sayings is the Polish proverb "That's Not my Circus , and those are not my Monkeys" I like the follow up that goes with it. "but I definitely know all the Clowns"
What?
I am not saying anything about any of you!
I am implying it. That is totally different.
We can run off and join the circus! The Boneyard is doing Cirque Noir. It's totally different from Drakkar Noir the ubiquitous scent from the Eighties. Or was that the Green Bottle Polo that has also become Cliche. I had some back in the day. Some dudes bathed in either one.
They described Cirque Noir as "This isn’t just a night out—it’s a descent into the strange and spectacular." Which is for an old guy saying it goes past your bedtime and they'll being doing some funky stuff. Not that I haven't been in similar situations I was just, well, younger. Strange and spectacular sure. Descent? Well I didn't have far to fall. That was a long time ago and it's a long story or two.
So here is the plan. I am buying a ticket and doing this on my Staycation in Chattanooga.
I am attending a few other events that week ( I am excited! I don't have to plan) and I will post some of my other things as events. A Bluegrass Jam and some water events are already on the schedule with other hosts. I am going to those.
Boneyard is kind of a mushroom trip meets Pee Wee Herman's house. Add a Cirque Du Soleil vibe and it will make it even funkier. It's like watching Wizard of Oz with Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon playing, There's apparently according to Rotten Tomatoes a lot of movies that enjoy the distinction of needing to be half baked to watch. I wasn't during James Cameron's The Titanic, but it would've helped. Rose dumps a 250-300 million dollar necklace into the sea? Three hours of my life I can't get back.
Anyways...
The Boneyard is bringing local Circus performers in to do a circus where you can "indulge in a circus shot poured by aerial bartenders suspended above the bar" Note to members these are just bartenders suspended above the ceiling. You don't need to Bring a bunch of ones. Where did you think I was taking you?

No food option this time. I am going to Susan's picnic event and will be full. They have food at the Boneyard if you need sustenance.
So I will be there and you can join me and the circus.
For those of you who have read this far and have your copies of The Wizard of Oz and The Dark Side of the moon ready, begin playing the album as the MGM lion roars for the third time at the beginning of the movie.
