Welcome to Cold Plunge & Brotherhood on the Beach, a Men's outdoor Empowerment Group that aims to build our wolfpack while we challenge and inspire each other through cold exposure and connection with nature!
Whether you're familiar with cold exposure or you've never tried it, this group is dedicated to fostering a supportive and empowering community of like-minded men who put their mental health and brotherhood first. Join us for ocean dips, cold plunges on the beach (with my inflatable cold plunge tub), camaraderie, and personal growth!
We will meetup every Monday at Fort Myers Beach at 6PM (Starting May 26th) for a cold plunge and quick dip in the ocean, followed by a men's circle to support each other on our deeper masculine journeys. From there, we can plan any epic outdoor adventures we want to have outside once per month!
