Welcome fellow movie fans! Thanks for joining!

By accepting membership, you agree that you understand the etiquette guidelines and group rules listed below and will abide by them. If you have questions, contact the organizer.

1) Be respectful of the venues we visit.

2) Be respectful of other members/hosts and remember that this isn't a dating group. If you happen to meet someone you're interested in, handle it as a responsible adult and remember that no means no. Stalker-like/aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

3) Read over an event's entire description before RSVP'ing. If you have questions about it, you may find answers there; if not, please ask. Be aware that some movie meetups may be posted before theaters have announced showtimes and the posted time is just an estimate. Not all movie events will be held at the same theater.

4) Update RSVPs. For any restaurant meetups requiring reservations, if you're RSVP'd as going and you either don't show up or you change your RSVP in less than 24 hours (or after the posted RSVP cut-off time, if one is listed) you will be flagged as a no-show. If you accumulate a lot of these or develop a pattern of no-showing, I will be messaging you about this and you risk being removed from the group.

5) Do not spam the group with offers of job opportunities, services rendered, or items for sale (this most whole-heartedly includes MacBooks). This group is not responsible for monetary losses.

6) Be aware that from time to time, members who have not visited the group in a number of years (currently seven years) will be removed.

7) We welcome people of all walks of life, ages, abilities, genders, orientations, colors, nationalities, etc. and we try to foster a welcoming environment for our members, so, if you do not align with this practice, please refrain from joining.

We look forward to seeing a movie with you!
