We put together this sacred circle in 2009. Since, we have had at least two rituals per month. Celebrating the Esbats {dark & full moons} and all Sabbats!. At the Circle of Sublime Elms, some have practiced all of their life and others began practicing here. The members are all-embracing with many abilities & attributes; offering vast enthusiasm & passion to share each others paths. We go all-out to encourage participation and encourage each to prepare and promote their paths with a different theme for most every circle. Some examples are at Yule we incorporated Hanukah, January’s Wolf Moon the Tri-fold Goddess, Imbolc/Dark Moon with Native American influences, February’s full moon for Celtic Ogham tree alphabet & Goddess Diana. The March dark moon with a Draconian theme and at the March full moon focused on the Egyptian paths. This makes our circle unique for inviting all to share their wonderful gifts and pagan paths. We also offer seating for the curious who are somewhat hesitant, timid, or inexperienced to enter the Magikal circle of ritual magic!
Our main purpose is to become close friends and to do open circles. The plan is to assist each other in practicing and learning the Craft. To fulfill love, honor, and respect not only for The God and Goddess; but to Love each other and all, including GAIA ~ Our Mother Earth. \
A circle is a safe, sacred space that we create. It is "between" the worlds, the magickal and the mundane worlds. It marks a "place that is not a place, in a time that is not a time". What we mean by this is that it is sort of a nexus, a place that can touch and reach all other places and people in time and space. by Lady Bridget, © 1999

** The New Age is in fact a free-flowing spiritual movement; a network of believers and practitioners who share somewhat similar beliefs and practices, which they add on to whichever formal religion that they follow. \
\
New World Order As the Age of Aquarius unfolds. This will be a utopia in which there is world government, and end to wars, disease, hunger, pollution, and poverty. Gender, racial, religious and other forms of discrimination will cease. People's allegiance to their tribe or nation will be replaced by a concern for the entire world and its people. \
Channeling is a method similar to that used by Spiritualists in which a spirit of a long dead individual is conjured up. However, while Spiritualists generally believe that one's soul remains relatively unchanged after death, most channelers believe that the soul evolves to higher planes of existence. Channelers usually try to make contact with a single, spiritually evolved being. That being's consciousness is channeled through the medium and relays guidance and information to the group, through the use of the medium's voice. \
\
Crystals are materials which have their molecules arranged in a specific, highly ordered internal pattern. This pattern is reflected in the crystal's external structure which typically has symmetrical planar surfaces. Many common substances, from salt to sugar, from diamonds to quartz form crystals. Crystals possess healing energy. \
Meditating is a process of blanking out the mind and releasing oneself from conscious thinking. This is often aided by repetitive chanting of a mantra, or focusing on an object.
\
Divination The use of various techniques to foretell the future, including I Ching, Pendulum movements, Runes, Scrying, Tarot Cards. \
\
Astrology The belief that the orientation of the planets at the time of one's birth, and the location of that birth predicts the individual's future and personality. Holistic Health This is a collection of healing techniques which have diverged from the traditional medical model. It attempts to cure disorders in mind, body and spirit and to promote wholeness and balance in the individual. Examples are acupuncture, crystal healing, homeopathy, iridology, massage, various meditation methods, polarity therapy, psychic healing, therapeutic touch, reflexology, etc. \

ONCE in a BLUE MOON RITUAL
Circle of Sublime Elms, 1911 E Livingston St, Orlando, FL, USOnce in a Blue Moon Ritual - Sunday, May 31st - Gathering 7:30 - Ritual 8 - By Alex
There's never a fee to attend!
If you have yet to visit Sublime Elm, this is an excellent time to come visit, meet our members, see our circle and of course participate in a Very Special Blue Moon Ritual.
The term Blue Moon can refer to the second full moon in a given month. When people say "once in a blue moon" they are speaking to the rarity of the occurrence of a second moon happening in the same given month.
A blue moon occurs about every two and a half years, making it a perfect time to do special magic and honor the Goddess.
Full moon magic is something that people have been performing throughout history. Each month's moon represents different energies, depending on the time of year and what is happening in nature at the time. A full moon's energy is very potent so many people choose to do powerful monthly magic on that evening. However, there is one extra special full moon; a Blue Moon.
Because Blue Moons happen “once in a blue moon”, it’s a good time to take advantage of their valued energy for doing special magic, ceremony and ritual.
Magick for Specific Goals and Intentions
The energy of the Blue Moon lends itself nicely for setting goals and intentions. The goals and intentions chosen should be ones that are big, important and lofty - not the average goals. Deciding how to focus the Blue Moon energy can be made by choosing the life area or areas that seem the most significant, such as love and happiness, physical health, prosperity, protection and healing.Celebrating the Blue Moon is something that can only be done about every two and a half years. Taking advantage of its special energy is worth the effort to decide on specific goals, gathering the right tools and then completing the celebration.
Blue Moon wishes to me be sent
Mother Goddess hear my intent
Of wishes, goals, and dreams I desire
Power imbued by the flame of the fire
In two years time I shall see results of my goals be drawn to me
I tuck away now my desires into this jar
Sealed with magick and love so bright
Now be manifested through her loving light
So mote it beBring Hand instruments if you want > drums, flutes, tambourines, maracas, guitars, etc. Please remember to always enter 'Our' Circle with perfect love and an open heart.

BLESSED LITHA / SUMMER SOLSTICE
Circle of Sublime Elms, 1911 E Livingston St, Orlando, FL, USBLESSED LITHA / SUMMER SOLSTICE 2026
Sunday, June 21sr - Gathering at 6:30 - Ritual at 7 pm - By: Liliana
There's never a fee to attend! We are doing a 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' Theme, and would like some, if not all of you who attend to choose a character or a faerie to dress up as, if you can. This will be so fun!!!!
HISTORY OF LITHA/MIDSUMMER
Also known as Summer Solstice, Litha, Alban Hefin, Sun Blessing, Gathering Day, Feill-Sheathain, Whit Sunday, Whitsuntide, Vestalia, Thing-tide, St. John's DayLitha is usually celebrated on June 21st, but varies somewhat from the 20th to the 23rd, dependent upon the Earth's rotation around the Sun. According to the old folklore calendar, Summer begins on Beltane (May 1st) and ends on Lughnassadh (August 1st), with the Summer Solstice midway between the two, marking MID-Summer. This makes more logical sense than suggesting that Summer begins on the day when the Sun's power begins to wane and the days grow shorter. The most common other names for this holiday are the Summer Solstice or Midsummer, and it celebrates the arrival of Summer, when the hours of daylight are longest. The Sun is now at the highest point before beginning its slide into darkness.
Humanity has been celebrating Litha and the triumph of light since ancient times. On the Wheel of the Year Litha lies directly across from Yule, the shortest day of the calendar year, that cold and dark winter turning when days begin to lengthen and humanity looks wistfully toward warmth, sunlight and growing things. Although Litha and Yule are low holidays or lesser sabats in the ancient parlance, they are celebrated with more revel and merriment than any other day on the wheel except perhaps Samhain. The joyous rituals of Litha celebrate the verdant Earth in high summer, abundance, fertility, and all the riches of Nature in full bloom. This is a madcap time of strong magic and empowerment, traditionally the time for handfasting or weddings and for communication with the spirits of Nature. At Litha, the veils between the worlds are thin; the portals between "the fields we know" and the worlds beyond stand open. This is an excellent time for rites of divination.
Those who celebrated Litha did so wearing garlands or crowns of flowers, and of course, their millinery always included the yellow blossoms of St. John's Wort. The Litha rites of the ancients were boisterous communal festivities with morris dancing, singing, storytelling, pageantry and feasting taking place by the village bonfire and torch lit processions through the villages after dark. People believed that the Litha fires possessed great power, and that prosperity and protection for oneself and one's clan could be earned merely by jumping over the Litha bonfire. It was also common for courting couples joined hands and jump over the embers of the Litha fire three times to ensure a long and happy marriage, financial prosperity and many children. Even the charred embers from the Litha bonfire possessed protective powers - they were charms against injury and bad wwweather in harvest time, and embers were commonly placed around fields of grain and orchards to protect the crops and ensure an abundant reaping. Other Litha customs included carrying an ember of the Litha fire home and placing it on one's hearth and decking one's home with birch, fennel, St. John's Wort, orpin, and white lilies for blessing and protection.
The Litha Sabbat is a time to celebrate both work and leisure, it is a time for children and childlike play. It is a time to celebrate the ending of the waxing year and the beginning of the waning year, in preparation for the harvest to come. Midsummer is a time to absorb the Sun's warming rays and it is another fertility Sabbat, not only for humans, but also for crops and animals. Wiccans consider the Goddess to be heavy with pregnancy from the mating at Beltane - honor is given to Her. The Sun God is celebrated as the Sun is at its peak in the sky and we celebrate His approaching fatherhood - honor is also given to Him. The faeries abound at this time and it is customary to leave offerings - such as food or herbs - for them in the evening.
