Hi team
Come top rope at Falcons lookout at Werribee gorge with me.
If you are a checked-off anchor setter I would be incredibly grateful if you signed up and checked some anchors. I would be more than happy to give you a catch on any sport/trad routes that you would want to hop on after.
I do not own a car, so when signing up, if you are a driver please indicate if you'd be willing to help me out with gear hire on the thursday before (25-SEP). You will not have to pay any gear hire fee and you will have my eternal gratitude. I will also shout you a coffee/beer when the opportunity presents itself <3
Rough plan:
Meet at Ironbark Gorge Track carpark at 8:30am on the day.
Divvy up gear and begin our top rope journey
Climb like crazy until 330/4pm
pack up and head out back to our lives
MUST HAVES:

  • Climbing harness, shoes, climbing helmet. You can hire all of this from the gear room
  • Enough food and water to keep you not grumpy
  • Weather appropriate clothing. The hike in is chill but not Birkenstocks chill (imo).
  • Sun stuff
  • Good vibes
I will deal with carpool logistics closer to the data. Let me know if you would like to be excluded from the carpool list.
Thanks for reading till the end.
    See you all there!
