Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
Join us for this very special public celebration of the Rite of the Father. This is the second in the annual triad of rites celebrating the Mother, Father & Child Archetypes. This beautiful public ritual is performed in the style of the Western Mysteries, giving you an opportunity to take a closer look at the Temple of Thelema, a modern Mystery School for the New Aeon.
There will be refreshments following the ceremony where you can meet members of Temple of Thelema, who you can talk to about the ceremony and initiation in the order.
This is a public ritual and all are welcome! A $10 donation is suggested. Doors open at 3:30 and the ceremony will begin at 4:00. Sorry, no latecomers will be admitted after the ceremony has started.
Temple of Thelema is an initiating Order — a modern Mystery School, which focuses on regular group work and the systematic teaching and training of its members in the spiritual disciplines of magick and mysticism. It combines methods and traditions of both East and West: the Ageless Wisdom of Asia's yoga and of Europe's Hermetic qabalah.

As the second in the series "Gods of Thelema," Chad Augur will discuss the history, symbolism, modes of worship, and dictates of Nuit, the Thelemic Goddess represented in Chapter One of the Book of the Law. The session will conclude with a theurgic guided meditation focused on this form of the divine.
Chad Augur is a father, dog care taker, technologist, and long time student of the Occult. He has been blessed to study under Phyllis Seckler (aka Soror Meral) and Jim Eshleman since joining Temple of Thelema in the late 1990's. He currently serves his community as Grand Cancellarius of Temple of Thelema, and Secretary of College of Thelema.
