Two of the best groups in Colorado are in the same room for two hours, and there is no agenda.

Hacking HR and Colorado Fractional Collective are getting together at Avanti in Boulder. No panel. No slides. No icebreaker where you have to say a fun fact about yourself. Just good people, a rooftop patio, and the last real stretch of Colorado summer.

Here is why we think this pairing works. HR leaders are navigating the messiest, most human questions in business right now, and a lot of them are figuring it out without a big team behind them. Fractional operators live in that same reality every day. Different titles, same problem set. Put those two groups on a patio together and interesting things happen.
