CWS brings together women across all STEM disciplines with a deep commitment to uplifting voices from historically marginalized communities. Although CWS is open to all women, our mission is to center and uplift minority women, specifically Black, Indigenous, Asian, and Latina women. We name the challenges that often go unspoken, show up as our full selves, and draw on our collective experience to create meaningful change.
