Although CWS is open to all women, our mission is to center and uplift minority women, specifically Black, Indigenous, Asian, and Latina women. We name the challenges that often go unspoken, show up as our full selves, and draw on our collective experience to create meaningful change. We believe belonging is the foundation of innovation and that diverse perspectives drive discovery.
