hi everyone,
Jill's had a record breaking day last Friday, which is just awesome on so many levels.
check out the photos here: http://www.meetup.com/coloradovegans/photos/17029792/277957312/#[masked] and that is only a few of the dishes!

and if you haven't gone yet you should make it a priority. you won't be disappointed. wholesome, delicious and only $15 (includes tax and tip!) for all you can eat. it changes every week and they use local and organic produce as much as possible.  and quite a few of the management are vegan. and more going every day..... as the tipping point nears.

we'll go to having an official meetup every other week at Jill's and pick up again friday, september 13th. it is a weekly occurance regardless if we have an official gathering.

Jill's is also considering doing a special Vegan dinner for our meetup (which is totally fantastic, but it would be even more fabulous if it could be a regular one night a week event.'-) If you dine there please let them know you would like that they offer Vegan dinner nights weekly. The wonderful thing about all vegan nights at restaurants is that pre-vegans inevitably eat at these restaurants and their eyes are opening to the amazing array and deliciousness  of plant based foods. The cooks, wait staff, management, receptionist are all aware of the "Vegan Day". The education of these kinds of offerings is massive. The executive chef came out on Friday and said he was having a blast preparing all this plant based goodness and that we were some of the most appreciative customers they have.;-)

We have some really exciting Boulder and beyond Vegan  news coming in the next few weeks. Stay tuned.

peace and peas on all our plates.
lisa
