Join Reverend Emily Martin, mindfulness meditation teacher and student of Buddhism, on Thursday mornings at Machi Yoga in Hood River, OR for a Being Peace Meditation. This community meditation is open and free (donations accepted) for all to participate. The meditation includes some guidance and some time sitting in silence. Collectively, we will rest in the present moment, cultivating peace within ourselves, and sending loving kindness to others. Time: 8:00-8:30 am.
