Opening Night on IMAX: MISSION IMPOSSIBLE-THE FINAL RECKONING at Phoenix Lennox!

Join us as we kick Memorial Day Weekend + Summer Blockbuster Season into high gear with another high-flying adventure and possibly Tom Cruise’s final outing as Ethan Hunt in MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: THE FINAL RECKONING! Here are details, a trailer and our plan for this event:

DESCRIPTION: They are keeping details for this adventure under wraps, but we can expect more big screen blockbuster thrills! In this adventure, Ethan Hunt must go on the hunt for Gabriel, a rogue operative who's after control of a powerful AI entity that can destabilize the globe. The film is once again directed by Christopher McQuarrie and stars Tom Cruise, Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Vanessa Kirby, Esai Morales, Angela Bassett and Rolf Saxon who all return to reprise their roles from the previous films.

BUZZ & ACCLAIM: Critics call the film a “wildly entertaining adventure” and one that finds “Tom Cruise is out to save movies as much as Ethan Hunt is out to save the world!” It’s earning a “Certified Fresh” rating on Rotten Tomatoes, which says: “Gargantuan in action, runtime, and scope, The Final Reckoning is a sentimental sendoff for Ethan Hunt that accomplishes its mission with a characteristic flair for the impossible.”

HAPPY HOUR AT BRAVO PLAN! For those joining the pre-show Happy Hour at Bravo, we’ll meet in the Bar area starting at 5pm! A BIG group so we made special arrangements with the restaurant and we’ll do it a little differently this time. We’ve got enough to fill the place so they’ll have several tables reserved for the group. Sit at one of those and you’ll be with group members. Mixing and mingling about the room is encouraged. But, I told them we wouldn’t move or rearrange tables since or all try to sit together since we have such a large group this time. I don’t think you’ll have trouble finding us but keep an eye out for me or any of the other friendly group faces and we’ll keep an eye out for you! Try to start cashing out by 6:15pm, so you’ll make to the theater on time! Cash encouraged and will get you out a bit quicker!

MOVIE PLAN: MISSION IMPOSSIBLE – THE FINAL RECKONING! For the movie, we’ll be seeing the 6:45pm IMAX showing and will meet in the theater lobby at 6:30pm! If you haven’t already done so, please try to purchase your ticket in advance and list your seat number in the Comments section of this event! We have group members all over the theater (and already purchased a majority of the seats sold)! So, it should be a really good movie and a really fun way to watch it together!
