Option 1 is the long-awaited sequel to a legendary mockumentary, SPINAL TAP II: THE END CONTINUES. Option 2 is the sports-horror from producer Jordan Peele, HIM! SPINAL TAP II: THE END CONTINUES: This mockumentary comedy is the long awaited sequel to the now-legendary 1984 comedy, THIS IS SPINAL TAP! Everyone (except any of the bands 11 ill-fated drummers) returns for this film that finds the members of the fictional heavy metal band Spinal Tap who reunite after 15 years for one final show. Once again, the film is directed by Rob Reiner and stars Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, Harry Shearer along with what’s rumored to be lots of cameo appearances! HIM: This unusual combination of sports-horror comes from the always interesting Jordan Peele, who produces. The film follows a young athlete descends into a world or terror where he's invited to train with a legendary champion whose charisma curdles into something darker. A pair of shorter films, so if the stars (and showtimes) align, an outside chance of scheduling the films so you can see one, the other, or both if your heart desires.
