DESCRIPTION: A game show called The Running Man pits a single “runner” contestant against a team of murderous Hunters whose job it is to track him down and kill him. If the runner can stay alive for 30 days, he wins the grand prize of $1 billion. The film is written/directed by Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Scott Pilgrim, Baby Driver) and is based on the 1982 Stephen King novel. Leading man of the moment Glen Powell (Twisters, Hit Man, Top Gun: Maverick) steps in to the leading role and the ensemble cast includes Katy O'Brian, Daniel Ezra, Karl Glusman, Josh Brolin, Michael Cera, Emilia Jones, William H. Macy and Colman Domingo.
