Do you want to get out of the house, try new things, and have fun meeting other active friends your age? Come join us around Columbus for casual, unique and exciting events at the coolest venues in town.
Here's what the group offers:
- Activity - Our goal is to host at least 8 events per month, adding more as we discover more interests. Most of our events allow casual conversation in a fun environment. Even activities with music, games, or sports have social time built in.
- Social Outlet - No more excuses to be home and bored.
- Quality People - Members have to be approved. Singles and couples may join but you must have a membership with a current picture of yourself on your profile. Also, we charge a small yearly admin fee to help keep up with meetup fees and costs managing so many events. (Note: all new members get a 30 day free trial before fees are required)
- Friendship - Finding friends with common interests is encouraged. You must be in your 40s, 50s, or 60s to be a member of this Meetup.
As your organizer, I promise good communication and organized activities. In return, I ask that members keep their RSVPs current.

The Whispering Page Bookstore is a new concept bookshop in Old Worthington (in the historic Worthington Hardware Bldg). It features cozy nooks and social gathering spaces serving coffee, wine, beer and bakery (sweet and savory).

Come hang out to shop + stroll through Old Worthington- an outdoor event along the green spaces and sidewalks downtown to kickoff the fall shopping season. Shops will be open, store fronts will be decorated and people will be out on the town ready to start spreading fall weather cheer!!
START: (6pm or earlier) at Le Chatelaine French Bakery & Bistro in the heart of it all. Grab a drink and sandwich to snack on as we walk.
NEXT: about 6:30pm, we'll take a stroll and shop merch and homemade food tents.
DINNER/DRINKS: I'd love to introduce you to a popular cafe, Joyas, along the stroll! We can also eat at Worthington Inn, Dewey's Pizza, or even back to Le Chatelaine. Some prefer a wine tasting at House Wine. (It will be too busy for us all to sit together anywhere so I'd recommend breaking into small groups)

Free Happy Hour Show - Blues and Beyond!
Natalie's Grandview, 945 King Ave, Columbus, OH 43212, USA, Columbus, OH, USCome join us at Natalies in Grandview for a free Happy Hour show. The doors open at 5:00 pm. The show runs from 5:15 pm - 6:30 pm. There is no admission charge, but tips for the band are strongly encouraged. Plan to arrive by 6pm to enjoy the early show.
