Come Dance Marin is group for social dancers find a place to dance in Marin and the surrounding Bay Area. We have a website posting social dance events and partner dance classes at various dance studios and around the Bay. Together, we'll build strong footwork, refine technique, and deepen musicality, using these skills to dance with greater confidence, creativity, and expression.This class is designed for dancers with some tango experience and is not intended for absolute beginners.
With Luz Castineiras, students are encouraged to explore tango and dance techniques, connection and musicality. She creates a friendly, inviting atmosphere for learning and always looks for active feedback from students.

Get in the groove, sweat and swing to a variety of Afro-Brazilian and samba rhythms, while improving your dance technique and performance skills.
Learn basic technique, samba footwork, hip movements, arm styling & fun choreography that will boost your confidence on the dance floor!
The class includes full body warm-up, stretching and floor mat exercises.
Wear comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes and bring a floor mat and towel.
