The Otter side of the green - Osio Rock

Come Join Us for a fairly difficult hike, (not suited for beginners) due to the many rock scrambles and some climbing involved. We will however, be rewarded with several great views, as well as, rock formations and a visit to the famous "Stone Living Room" for the first half of the hike. On the 2nd half we will revisit the parking lot jump the rocks at Otter hole, if the stream is running we will visit Chikahoki Falls if it is dry, we will take another route which includes a couple more views.

Total Distance approx 5.5 miles
Pace = 1.5 to 2.2 mph
Elevation Gain = 700ft
Required = Hiking Boots, Water
Recommended = Poles, Bug spray

We will start this one early, meet at the 2nd parking lot at Otter hole. The parking lots are small so we may need to double park and use both lots. At 8am we will venture across the street.
