What we’re about
Formerly known as Munich Social Activities Meetup Group.
Purpose of This Group
This group exists to create intentional spaces for human presence, reflection, and inner movement.
Through my events, participants are invited to slow down, notice themselves more clearly, and encounter others without performance, pressure, or expectation.
The focus is not on fixing, healing, or producing emotional outcomes, but on offering conditions where insight, clarity, or connection may arise naturally — or not. Both are equally welcome.
Who Should Join
This group is for people who are curious about themselves and how they show up in connection with others. You do not need to be experienced in personal growth or self-reflection, only willing to take responsibility for your own pace, boundaries, and participation.
It is especially suited for those who value depth, presence, and thoughtful conversation over constant stimulation or emotional display.
Why Join
In a world that often rewards speed, explanation, and emotional intensity, this group offers something quieter:
- Structured spaces that respect choice, pacing, and silence
- Conversations and prompts designed to foster self-awareness without pressure to disclose
- Experiences that value self-regulation, reflection, and earned intimacy
- A setting where ambiguity, discomfort, and non-closure are tolerated rather than resolved
You may leave with insight, perspective, or simply a sense of steadiness. Nothing is demanded.
Who This Group Is Not For
This group may not be a good fit if you are looking for:
- Events where sharing personal stories is expected, rewarded, or escalated
- Spaces where participation is measured by how much or how deeply you disclose
- Formats where emotional expression is encouraged as a default or ideal
- High-intensity vulnerability, group processing, or cathartic release
- Social environments driven by constant interaction, stimulation, or reassurance
In earlier phases of my work, sharing was more central and often expected.
This is no longer the case.
Current events are designed to respect privacy, choice, and containment.
Silence, listening, and non-disclosure are fully valid forms of participation.
About Other Groups
You are welcome to join my other Meetup groups as well. Please note that I currently do not have the capacity to organise events in those groups. They remain open for future possibilities when time and energy allow:

After the Break: When something has ended — and you are no longer explaining it
Z'sam, Theresienstr. 63,, Munich, DEAfter the Break
When something has ended — and you are no longer explaining it
There are moments in life when something ends — a relationship, a role, a version of yourself, a way of relating — not with clarity or closure, but with a quiet, irreversible shift.
After the Break is a space for that phase: when you are no longer explaining, fixing, or making sense of what has already fallen away.
This evening is not about processing the past or preparing for what comes next. It is about staying with what exists now — the steadier ground, the unanswered edges, the subtle recalibration that happens after something has ended.
What this evening is like
This is a gently guided, reflective evening with moments of dialogue and moments of quiet.
We will begin together, with a brief opening and a short round of introductions. From there, the evening unfolds in a slow rhythm: individual reflection, paired exchanges, and pauses in between.
You may find yourself:
- sitting with a written reflection prompt
- speaking one-to-one with different partners over the course of the evening
- listening more than you speak
- or choosing silence at times, without explanation
There is no group debate, no pressure to disclose personal history, and no expectation to arrive at insight or resolution. Sharing is voluntary and self-directed.
Silence is allowed. Withdrawal is allowed. Listening is participation.
I will hold the container and guide transitions, but I will not interpret, analyse, or steer conversations toward outcomes.
What this space supports
- Being seen without being asked to explain yourself
- Letting clarity exist without defending it
- Allowing distance without closing the heart
- Practising self-regulation in the presence of others
This is not about resolution.
It is about staying with yourself after something has already resolved internally.
Who this is for
This event is for you if:
- something meaningful in your life has ended, and you are no longer trying to make sense of it out loud
- you value restraint, pacing, and emotional self-responsibility
- you are comfortable with ambiguity and non-closure
- you are willing to let depth emerge slowly, or not at all
Who this is not for
- This event is not for those seeking therapy, emotional processing, or advice-giving.
- It is not a space for fixing, analysing others, or being guided toward answers.
- It is also not a fast-paced discussion or social mixer. While there is dialogue, it is slow, intentional, and interspersed with silence.
- If you are looking for immediate emotional release, certainty, or clear outcomes by the end of the evening, this may not be the right space for you.
This gathering is part of a monthly series.
Each edition carries a distinct theme and stands on its own.
How this fits into the larger arc

- Interview Series: The Inner Journeys — intimate conversations about inner transformation
Each space stands on its own. You are not expected to attend everything. Trust your timing.
