A Drop-In Gathering with Tea & Dessert
You’re invited to a relaxed afternoon with our own Elaine Blais, author of The Art of Self-Approval. Many of you know Elaine as a longtime member of our Concordia community — a spiritual life coach, writer, and friend whose work invites us to remember our inherent worth and live from love.

Come as you are — bring your curiosity, your questions, and your heart. Enjoy tea, dessert, and an open conversation about awakening self-trust, choosing yourself, and celebrating the sacredness of being human.

We’ll begin by simply arriving — pouring tea, sharing dessert, and connecting in community. Then, Elaine will share reflections and readings from her book, weaving in stories and insights that inspired its creation. From there, the conversation will open naturally for questions, reflections, and deeper connection.

If you’re curious about writing or self-publishing, Elaine will also share a bit about her creative journey for anyone who’s ever dreamed of bringing their own story to life.

Stay as long as you like. This isn’t a formal talk — it’s a heart-centered gathering among friends, a celebration of what it means to approve of ourselves and one another, just as we are.
