About us
How we think about confident communication forms the basis of every workshop we run:
Confidence starts with the body. How you stand, move, and speak shapes how you come across, and how you feel. We start with physical and vocal work to get you out of your head and into the room.
Good communication starts with clarity. We find out what people are struggling to say. With insights from the whole group, we give people simple tools for preparing for the moments that matter.
Confidence is built through practice. The doing is the learning. We give people multiple chances to practice realistic scenarios, in their own voice, get feedback, adjust, and try again.
Being brave can be playful. When something feels fun, people take more risks. We use games and activities to lower the stakes, increase participation, and build a bit of resilience.
Breakthroughs come from reflection. The pause is just as important as the repetition. We debrief every exercise out loud, so each attempt becomes evidence of growth.
Kirsty Cooke is a communications professional and marketing consultant who has spent the last fifteen years helping brands find and tell their story. She brings that same thinking to people: helping them work out what makes them worth listening to.
Michelle Fahrenheim is an actor, writer and coach who has spent the last fifteen years helping people find and use their voice. She has helped diplomats, educators, and senior creatives to speak with more clarity and impact.
Together, they combine the craft of storytelling with the tools of performance: so workshop participants don't just uncover what they want to say, they learn to say it with confidence.
Both are trained improvisers, and regularly perform in theatres across the UK. They believe that bravery isn't something you wait to feel: it's something you need to practise. And they believe doing hard things can be fun.
