What we’re about

If you have found ConsciousCafe you are likely to enjoy thoughtful conversations about how you want to live your life, what your values are and what you can do to help create a better world for everyone. You will be interested in exploring other people’s points of view and in connecting with others at a heartfelt level.

ConsciousCafe is a not-for-profit nationwide organisation. We bring people together to create deep and profound connections through conversation and learning. Our aim is to raise consciousness and deep connection, one conversation at a time.

Come and meet like-minded people and leave our events feeling full of energy and curious about the wonder and meaning of life.

For more information check out our ConsciousCafe website which lists our other UK events (as well as our group in Geneva). You can sign up for our newsletter at www.consciouscafe.org

    ConsciousCafe London Lunch

    Location not specified yet

    BOOK NOW VIA OUR WEBSITE

ConsciousCafe invites you to join our next London Lunch which will be held in Central London. You will have the opportunity to meet likeminded conscious people and chat over a meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

Many beautiful friendships and connections have been created at our London lunches and dinners. We love it when we see people exchanging their contact details as they leave. There is always a special bond when you enjoy deep conversations together. We choose restaurants which are good value for money with a selection of dishes to suit all dietary requirements. You will receive your own bill at the end of the meal and will only pay for what you have ordered. We reckon a budget of £20 - £35 should cover your meal.

We know we are getting it right when people ask us at the end of the lunch – or dinner – ‘when is the next one?’ So far this has happened every time.

If you would like to come to our November Lunch please send a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person to book your place. This covers our administration costs for the event. If places are sold out please email Judy@consciouscafe.org to go on the waiting list as sometimes guests cancel at the last moment.

    BOOK NOW VIA OUR WEBSITE

Places are limited so please book as soon as you can to reserve your seat at the table. During the meal you will have the chance to move around and meet different people. If you want to invite a conscious friend to come with you of course that’s fine but this is a spiritual networking event so be prepared to connect with other people and not just talk to the person you have come with. If you do make a booking for two tickets please let us know the name and contact details of your friend.

Join psychologist and consciousness researcher Kirsty Allan for an inspiring evening with Conscious Cafe, exploring why being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) is not a weakness—but actually a powerful gift.
Kirsty reveals how high sensitivity, once overlooked, is fast becoming central to conscious leadership and community healing.

Learn how your deep empathy, creativity, and intuitive awareness are part of a rare and valuable processing style shared by just 20% of the population.

Through this event, Kirsty will guide you to embrace your innate magic, overcome common challenges like self-doubt and burnout, and step into your authentic purpose with clarity and confidence.

A recording of the event is included with your ticket price.

Kirsty Allan is a psychologist, author, consciousness researcher, certified coach, therapist and community leader (working with Broughton Sanctuary, Wyrd Research, University of Northampton and more). She explores what it means to truly be ‘highly sensitive’. Kirsty invites you to join her in a movement of sensitive seekers who want to thrive - to step up and into their authentic roles in life. "*My aim is to help sensitive people self-empower themselves so they can do their highest good in the world".*Kirsty's websites are https://belong.theifcrowd.com and https://www.kirstyallan.com
