Rebecca Zarnawski is the founder of Just For Today Reiki With Rebecca and a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, Intuitive Guide, and IPHM Accredited Practitioner.

Known for creating warm, welcoming, trauma-informed spaces, Rebecca helps individuals regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and experience profound relaxation through the healing power of sound and energy work.

She has facilitated sound healing experiences for thousands of participants throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, partnering with libraries, parks and recreation departments, wellness centers, corporations, retreat centers, and private organizations to bring accessible, restorative wellness experiences to their communities.
