Are you suffering on behalf of your family?

Are you inspired by our ancestors, and how they are our ultimate source of support and wisdom?

Family Constellations are an opportunity to discover the sources of our baffling patterns of devotional suffering, and experience their elegant and satisfying re-solution.

Our Family Souls are accessible to us; they are our wellspring of love and life. But often something is not right, not properly in place. Family Constellations discovers these entanglements and puts things back in their truer pattern.

What does this mean practically for you? Often, we find that we have a painful pattern in our life that is not working for us and that resists resolution. Depression, employment issues, and relationship problems are just some of the issues that can be related to unresolved generational family trauma, and which find healing through the constellations process.

Family Constellations were developed by Bert Hellinger, a German priest and family systems therapist. He discovered that the family system, just like any other system, has its own natural order. When that order is disrupted, the effects are felt by subsequent generations as the system tries to right itself. Certain natural laws operate to maintain that order and permit the free flow of love between family members, the two main ones being:

• everyone has an equal right to belong to their family and is deserving of respect by the system

• those born first come first, so that parents give and children take

A well facilitated family constellation reveals the entanglements currently operating in the life of the client, and makes it possible for members to once again find their proper and happy place in their families.

This meetup is a "clearing house" for Systemic & Family Constellations work in the San Francisco Bay Area. It represents a wide variety of practitioners throughout the area who want to support each other and share the amazing work of Constellations to as broad an audience as possible.

Come online and join us for an afternoon Constellation with Meta on Thursday, March 12th, at 4 pm PST via Zoom. There will be one constellation facilitated on behalf of a client.
Those who are familiar with constellations are welcome. And those who are new are also welcome.

This constellation experience will help unveil the hidden representations, dynamics, and forces that often keep us stuck in or confused about the past.

The work also assists in revising those experiences respectfully, so you can gain more of the experiences you want in life with greater ease and peace of mind.

On the afternoon, Meta will facilitate 1 x Constellations on behalf of an individual (already determined). The focus is How to Connect to the Flow of Money

The experience will be rewarding, deeply collaborative, and insightful.
Whether you are a representative or a witness to these constellations you can still get profound shifts in your life.

About Constellations Work
The work originally belongs to Bert Hellinger, a German Psychotherapist who spent over 16 years in Africa, and studied the African Zulu phenomenological approach to healing by working with group and system dynamics. In the 1990s, Bert introduced the work to the world as Family Constellations.

Since then, many brilliant teachers and facilitators of the work have been birthed, extending his work and its application to all areas of life, including: business, relationships, money, health, socio-economic politics, and systemic reconciliation.

Today, the work is recognized internationally for the profound effects it has had on individuals, groups, commercial & non-commercial organizations.

About Your Facilitator (Meta Lackland)
Meta Lackland is a Constellations Facilitator, Master Level NLP Practitioner, and TRE Trainer. She works with clients individually and collectively, both online and in person, helping them: resolve unwanted experiences in life, revise those experiences, and integrate positive changes in their daily lives.

Meta has presented constellations work to JFK University and their Somatic Psychology Students, and has spoken at the North American Systemic Constellations Conference.

The price for all participants is only $25; everyone learns and benefits just by being present.

In this meeting, we will do 3 Constellations (reserved in advance). To reserve, you need to obtain the ticket that says "client," which is $225. The duration of each constellation varies based on the time required for the healing process to unfold. It could range from 25 minutes to 45 minutes.

If we don't have 3 Constellation clients for this event, we may finish earlier.

Your family does not need to be present to do your Family Constellation. The other participants will represent them, to be present to do your Family Constellation. The other participants will represent them, and the less they know about your family, the better.

* Participants must be at least 18 years old.

* Please arrive a bit early, factoring in traffic and parking. After a brief explanation of Family Constellations, the door will be locked for the meditation, and no one will be allowed in afterward.

* If you can't come at the very beginning or stay until the end, please join a future session.

* I strive to end the sessions on time, but sometimes their fluid nature requires a few extra minutes, so I hope that's OK with everyone.

* Privacy and trust among group members are fundamental for Constellations. For that reason, by agreeing to participate, you commit to keeping all information disclosed during the sessions as confidential.

The duration of each constellation varies based on the time required for the healing process to unfold. It could range from 25 minutes to 45 minutes.

If there is time, we will also do some exercises either in pairs or individually.

It is not necessary for your family to be present to do your Family Constellation. The other participants will represent them and the less they know about your family, the better.

* Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Important Note: This is a group where everyone is expected to participate and to be fully present (not eating, checking emails, driving, or doing something else) with their camera on. Also, if you can't come at the beginning or stay until the end, please join a future session.

When someone we love is struggling, facing illness, in a crisis, or in the dying process, we often feel helpless and unsure of how to truly support them.

Sometimes prayer is the most meaningful gift we can offer — and the way we pray matters. Intention shapes impact.
Through reflection, shared wisdom, and a guided collective prayer and meditation, we will offer love, support, clarity, and peace, without imposing outcomes, honoring each soul’s unique path and timing.

This gathering is not about fixing or forcing healing, but about supporting the greatest good of the person’s soul with compassion, presence, and respect.

Whether you are accompanying a loved one through illness, the dying process, or simply wish to hold someone in prayer, you are warmly welcome.

We want everyone who wants to come to be able to, so we decided to make this a donation-based event.

This event will be recorded, and we will send the recording to everyone who registers.

Liza Miron:
Liza is a Family Constellations Facilitator and Trainer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in various modalities, including Family Constellations, Coaching, EFT, NLP, channeling, and meditation. She feels privileged to have studied Family Constellations under Brigitte Champetier de Ribes in Spain and, to date, has facilitated over 1,900 Family Constellations and led more than 300 group events.

Dr. Smita Garg:
Dr.Smita Garg is the founder of Kinder Way Healing, a Wellness and Holistic healing company based in California. She is a certified Spiritual Hypnotherapist, an accredited Quantum Consciousness Experience facilitator, a gifted intuitive-medium, a meditation expert, and an earth healer.

Smita has been intuitively guided all her life when it comes to unearthing deeper truths about our existence. Early in her life, she lost loved ones under tragic circumstances. The grief and trauma accompanying those losses, followed by near-death experiences of her own, guided her to go on a very long personal search for answers regarding the mystery of death. She studied with several masters, learning about death and the immortal soul. She trained in advanced spiritual hypnotherapy with Dr. Brian Weiss (Weiss Institute and Omega Institute), Dr. Linda Backman (Ravenheart Center), and Holly Holmes-Meredith (HCH Institute).
