As we all know, Shit Happens. It's part of Life. Join us for a monthly discussion & practice where members of our community have the opportunity to share their unique mindfulness practice tips, tools, and techniques for handling your triggers and maintaining alignment.

Our monthly and maybe more I.A.M. Marination Meet-Up is a chance for us to come together and practice meditation in a friendly, supportive environment. We're all about setting positive intentions and sharing our experiences with each other. If you're looking for a welcoming community to explore meditation and mindfulness with, you're in the right place!

Setting Intentions for the Month: As we conclude our meeting, we will take a moment to set intentions for how we'll incorporate these practices into our daily lives. In addition, between meetings, as we practice these techniques independently, we can share our experiences with the group at the beginning of our next Meet-up!
