The Presenter: Boaz Maor is a serial start-up executive with a strong passion for Customer Success. He has been one of the early executives to adopt and drive innovation in the Customer Success field and is a frequent writer and presenter in CS events and publications. Most recently Mr. Maor was the VP of CS at Mashery (acquired by Intel and then divested to Tibco). Before that Mr. Maor held customer-facing executive roles at such companies as newScale (acquired by Cisco) and FreeMarkets (IPO and then acquired by Ariba). He holds an MBA with honors from Carnegie Mellon University.

The Presenter: David Sakamoto is Head of Customer Success, the Americas at Cisco. David has over 10+ years dedicated his career to deliver customer value throughout the customer journey. David will share new insights on how to go about segmentation. Few of these thoughts will contradict the current assumptions. A lot of new learnings and tactics on Customer Success based on segmentation.
