■We will deliver workshops that promote "physical and mental health" while enjoying, such as stretching, exercise, and things to boost immunity.
■When the season is good, we are thinking to have an opportunity to move your body comfortably in nature...!
■All activities are carried out by instructors who have qualifications or have more than 5 years of experience in teaching.
