Workout and Hike at Bill Yeck Park


Details
Starting point is Smith House and begins at 8:30. We'll begin with a circuit workout with weights (provided), then head out for a 3 mile brisk (3 - 3.2 mph) hike with a 5 mile option. Meet at the shelter at Smith House.
As a courtesy to the other attendees, please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start at the scheduled time.
If you are new to working out, this may not be a good fit at this time. If you have any questions, please direct message me.
