Last Minute Monday Cox Arboretum Evening Hike!

Join me for a relaxing Monday evening hike at Cox Arboretum! It will be a bit toasty with a heat index near 100 when we start this hike, but we're also supposed to get a bit of a breeze, so that will help. PLEASE BRING WATER so you can stay hydrated. There are some hills, but none of them are especially demanding. The pace for this will be around 2.8mph for around 3 miles. You may like a change of shoes for your drive home.
