Workout & Hike at Grant Park


Details
Jan, the instructor, will be away for a week,
Her students might be lost, and a bit weak.
But we'll gather together, a determined crew,
"Let's stick with the workouts and hike, me and you!"
Starting point is Grant Park Nature Nook and begins at 8:30 am. We'll begin with a lighter and shorter version of Jan's circuit workout and then head out for a 3 mile brisk (3 - 3.2 mph.) No guests. No pets.
As a courtesy to the other attendees, please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start at the scheduled time.
If you are new to working out, this may not be a good fit at this time. If you have any questions, please direct message me.
