Strength Training at Bill Yeck

Meet at the shelter near Smith House. In this week’s workout we’ll focus on strength, choosing heavier weights and focusing on form to maximize effectiveness. We’ll finish with a series of core and balance exercises to complement the workout. Afterward we'll head out for a brisk 3-mile hike.
Some exercises will be performed on the ground. If desired, bring a towel or mat.
As a courtesy to the other attendees, please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start at the scheduled time.
