Nach der sportlichen Runde lassen Wir den Abend gemütlich ausklingen an einem Feuer, geniessen die Gemeinschaft und tauschen uns aus über das Thema: "Der Weg ist das Ziel." **Join us for a refreshing Saturday morning cold-water swim at Katzensee!** We’ll meet at **9:00 AM** at the usual spot by the lake, do a short warm-up, and then go into the water together. All levels are welcome — beginners and experienced winter swimmers. **What to bring:** * warm hat * towel * water shoes (optional) * warm clothes for after the swim * a thermos with tea (optional) We’ll swim for a short time, enjoy the fresh morning energy, and warm up together afterwards. The number of players on the waitlist one week in advance determines the number of courts booked. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend, please remove yourself as early as possible. Open to players of all skill levels. This session is for doubles with a relaxed and social focus. Ideal for casual play, improvement and meeting new players. Payment can be made via TWINT after the session.

Welcome to our Board and Card Game Event for all kinds of games from fun/leisure games to heavy strategy ones😊 You are welcome to join whenever you feel like it. You don't have to be there at 5pm. Come whenever it's best for you. First timer? No board or card game experience? Not to worry. We are happy to explain every game we play 😊 You are always welcome to bring your favourite games along. We collect no dues at the moment but ask attendees to at least buy a drink in the restaurant where we meet, and not to bring thier own food or drink.

Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.

Repeating one of my favourite routes last year: walking along historic irrigation channels (also known as Suonen), adventurous tunnels, larch forests, with a view of Glishorn, Matterhorn, the Leone Group and Mischabel – experience all this and more on the hike from Birgisch via Mund, the so-called saffron village, to Eggen (From SwitzerlandMobility). We will continue the hike through the sun-drenched slopes of Valais until we reach Ausserberg. Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
