A friendly get together for people who like to play boardgames. You are welcome to join. We can converse in English or German. You may bring your own games or we have quite an extensive cupboard full of games you are welcome to use. There are always people who will explain games, so no need to worry. Just come. Usually we meet at 18:30 and decide what we want to play. Usually we are able to fill 4-6 tables or more with different games. So you will certainly find something to your taste and likes. Please note that we would like to ask for a small donation of CHF 2. We need to pay rent for the room.

Spielabend Alle zwei Wochen treffen sich Spielbegeisterte im „AHA“ in Aarau in ungezwungener Atmosphäre, um neue, beliebte, erwünschte und mitgenommene Spiele auszuprobieren. Die TeilnehmerInnen bezahlen zwei Franken ins Spielclub-Kässeli. Mitglieder Wer will, kann Spielclub-Mitglied werden, was 20 Fr. im Jahr kostet. Mitglieder dürfen an den Spielabenden zwei Spielen (je einem grossen und einem kleinen) einen Punkt auf der Wunschliste geben. Reicht das Geld im Spielclub-Kässeli, wird das punktreichste Spiel gekauft und kommt in die Spielekiste. Spielekiste Die Spielekiste steht jeden Spielabend zur Verfügung. Ist sie übervoll, wird für die Mitglieder ein Spielsonntag veranstaltet, an dessen Ende die Spiele bewertet werden. Die Spiele mit den wenigsten Punkte verlassen die Kiste (und werden den Teilnehmern geschenkt), und das Spiel mit den meisten Punkten wird zum neuen Turnierspiel.

Join the Züri Open Water Swim Pod (ZOWSP) for a refreshing morning swim in Lake Zurich at sunrise followed by a cozy coffee meet-up at Etre. Whether you are a seasoned swimmer or just dipping your toes into open water swimming, this event is perfect for fitness enthusiasts, triathletes, and water sports lovers alike. Make new friends, network, and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while engaging in a social and energizing activity. Summer is finally here — and I’m happy to be hosting this golf get-together again in Zurich. We’ll meet at Otelfingen at 10:00 AM at the entrance next to the reception, start with a couple of hours at the driving range, and then head to the golf café to relax and socialize. Welcome to our Board and Card Game Event for all kinds of games from fun/leisure games to heavy strategy ones😊 You are welcome to join whenever you feel like it. You don't have to be there at 5pm. Come whenever it's best for you. First timer? No board or card game experience? Not to worry. We are happy to explain every game we play 😊 You are always welcome to bring your favourite games along. We collect no dues at the moment but ask attendees to at least buy a drink in the restaurant where we meet, and not to bring thier own food or drink.

The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can sometimes fill esrly. There is additional parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.
