I invite you to a small group hatha yoga class that is suitable for yoga beginners and newcomers. The class is usually a small group of usually not more than 5 pax. Enjoy practising yoga outdoors! Session will include breathing and loosening exercises to prepare you for the asanas (poses), and we will end with relaxation and pranayamas.
