There will be a #SexWork rights demonstration happening Saturday February 21 at the Democratic Party convention, Moscone Center, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, 11am-1pm.

Come out and show your support to #decriminalize loitering!

Doing literally nothing is not a real crime, and should not be treated as one. Criminalizing loitering with the "intent to commit prostitution" effectively creates a thought crime, and requires police officers to read your mind and know your intent!

Keep in mind also that it costs over $132,000 a year to incarcerate someone in California, and the state government faces a 2026-2027 budget deficit of $2.9 billion.

If you want to pay higher taxes and get fewer services, punishing people for non-crimes is a good way to make that happen. Don't let authorities traffick people to jail for nothing at your expense!
