Two small talks: Cool Things in Clojure 1.9 besides Spec, Updating and Keeping your Clojure Projects up to date.

Nola hails from Austin, TX and visiting Denver. She has use Ruby/Rails for 12 years, and Clojure when she can for 5 years. She has one commit in 1.8 so now has to double efforts to get one in 2.0 ?!?! She loves tests and APIs. When she is not doing Clojure, she is dabbling in other languages like Elixir and Scala.

Datomic the tricky bits

Whit has been working with Clojure and Datomic for 3 years at Clubhouse Software. He is going to share some of the lessons he has learned using reified transactions to develop history functionality in the Clubhouse application.

Whit Chapman arrived in NYC in 2000 riding the dot com boom and then after the bust landed on Wall St for 11 long years. After finally escaping the big city, he started a family and settled in Golden.
