About us
A small, welcoming group for autistic and ADHD adults who want more understanding, connection, and support in everyday life.
This group meets weekly in a quiet, consistent space, alternating between:
Peer Support
Twice a month, we hold open peer support gatherings where people can share honestly and be heard without judgment. These meetings are for talking about real life — burnout, executive dysfunction, relationships, overwhelm, support needs, and whatever else is on your mind. You do not need to have everything figured out. You just need a place where you can show up as yourself.
Body Doubling
Twice a month, we meet for body doubling. Bring a laptop, book, craft, planner, or any task you want company with. Some people may chat a little. Some may work quietly. Some may just appreciate being around others while they focus. All of that is welcome.
If there is a 5th week in the month, we take that week off. We may also plan occasional social gatherings outside the regular schedule.
The group is intended for adults who are autistic, ADHD, or both, with a special focus on creating a space where AudHD folks are likely to feel understood and at ease.
