The style of Breathwork shared is an active form of Pranayama in the lineage of David Elliott. Through this practice we enhance self-awareness and unlock the potential for personal growth and healing THROUGH THE HEART. Join us to connect with like-minded individuals, sharing experiences, and supporting one another on this journey towards living our best lives. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in Breathwork, all are welcome to join our vibrant community and cultivate a sense of well-being and empowerment.

Join us for a guided Breathwork Healing experience, where you will drop into your heart and open to your visionary self. Getting answers and “seeing” beyond the mind into the imaginal realm of Spirit.
In this class there will be an emphasis on surrendering to the wisdom of the divine, leading to a visionary journey where you may receive messages, downloads, and inspiration from the Universe. By clearing and opening the heart, you will allow the free flow of your essence into your body, leading to deep insight and healing.

**Sound, essential oils, energy healing and sacred circle work are all tools incorporated into this healing experience.

**Breathwork is a 2-part somatic, ancient, and restorative self-healing technique that utilizes the breath as a catalyst for profound personal growth and transformation. It allows for emotional detox, clearing of blocked energy and negative thought patterns, cellular restoration and ultimately coming back into your Wholeness. By moving into an altered state through the breath, the brain is able to let go of control and the body can then open up and connect to the healing power of the spirit.

Level One Breathwork Healer Training
Saturday & Sunday, July 20-21, 2024
TIME: 9:00am to 4:30pm Mountain Time (both days)
EXCHANGE: $600 ($300 non-refundable deposit or pay in full options available)An Immersive weekend training in the healing work of intuitive healer David Elliott.
Get a foundation in the core principles of Breathwork and the healing work in the first of four levels needed to become a certified facilitator in David Elliott’s method of healing.
Learn to facilitate the 2-part Pranayama Breathwork technique with individuals and couples, develop a stronger connection to your intuition, greater confidence in your talents as a healer, and a deep understanding of how the heart heals through self-love.
#### The weekend includes:
- Extensive discussion on how and why the breath works to heal, as well as what a healer is
- Partnered exercises and breakout sessions to practice working with clients and facilitate your own healing
- Hands-on experience with holding effective space and using all of David’s tools.
- Exercises designed to strengthen your intuition and bring out your unique talents as a healer
- Demonstration of advanced techniques to target negative thought forms in the body and assist in their release.
This is the first of four levels to become a certified facilitator in this Breathwork healing technique. It is essential to complete all four levels to be able to offer this work in a responsible capacity and with the depth of integrity required. Please plan to commit to and attend the entire four levels required for certification.
**Homework: Please read David’s books The Reluctant Healer and Healing. Also, practice David’s Breathwork meditations found on Spotifyor his website, especially his Entity Energy Release Meditation.
