LoTR: The Two Towers: Book One Discussion!

Hello, folks! It was great to see some folks again for our Fellowship of the Ring discussion - and for those who didn't make it - I think the group really hit it's stride! Now with Fellowship behind us (but a Fellowship movie screening upcoming, to be posted here shortly) we are ready to read Two Towers! At our last meeting it was decided that going forward we will read and discuss each book in 2 parts (each printed book is actually divided into Book One and Book Two). Therefore, this meeting will be to discuss Two Towers: Book 1 (first half of the printed book).

This meeting will be different in that it will be only 1 hour long, and at a different venue, because those who are interested in watching Two Towers the movie will continue directly into the theater to do so after our discussion! The theater viewing for Two Towers has been posted as a separate event.

You are welcome to join us for just this book discussion, or just the theater viewing, or both! Should be a fun chance to celebrate our love of this classic and truly epic work. Hope to see you there!

PS I hope you guys are enjoying the art selected for these events... they are original works completed in the late 1970's by the Brothers Hildenbrandth, who created beautiful LoTR calendars.
