ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m a hypnotic breathworker and life coach based in Denver. Hypnosis really is about learning to hear yourself better. In my breathwork sessions, we’re going to tell your brain who you’re going to be now — safe, enough, worthy, confident, capable, supported — and your brain is actually going to listen. And then tomorrow, or later this week, you will be out in the world, and you’ll notice yourself being DIFFERENT. It’s the coolest thing ever.
Also, my breathwork mentor was a DJ, so I love using music to take you on a journey. I’d describe my playlists as cinematic, tribal, and space rock-influenced with a touch of EMF. (My Spotify says I have the musical tastes of a vampire, which makes me laugh.)
Can’t wait to breathe with you and make magic in the universe with you!

Meditative Breathwork - All Love Is Self Love
·OnlineOnlineAs we approach Valentine’s Day, let’s talk about how to bring more love into your life — no matter your relationship status. Did you know that you can have all the love you want any time you want it? That’s because the feeling of being loved doesn’t come from other people. It comes 100% from your own thoughts. In this uplifting meditative breathwork session, we’ll practice creating abundant love from the inside.
IMPORTANT: To receive the event replay, subscribe to my email list.
PLEASE BE ON TIME! The meeting will be locked shortly after we begin.
