Join our first event of 2026! Unwind, stretch, and connect at Rook on the Rooftop at CatBird Hotel for a Yoga + Sauna Singles Mixer, with the option to sauna after. We'll kick things off with an all-levels yoga flow overlooking Denver’s skyline, then hang out for a relaxed mixer with drink discounts, rooftop views, and time to connect.
After yoga, stick around to mingle—or opt into post-yoga recovery with Cedar & Steam Sauna if that’s your thing. Come for the stretch, stay for the vibes—and if there’s a mutual spark, Two Birds Fit will help make the connection! ✨

Event Highlights

• All-levels rooftop yoga at Rook, high above the Catbird Hotel (we’ll be inside a large party tent with heaters).
• Cedar & Steam Sauna on the rooftop for post-yoga recovery + relaxation.

Yoga & Sauna Details:

• Bring a Yoga Mat (or large towel).
• Sauna Details: Optional and low-key. Wear whatever you’re comfortable sweating in (yoga clothes are great). No need to change outfits or shoes. But feel free to bring a change of clothes if you'd like.
• Sessions will be 10–15 minutes & Cedar & Steam will provide towels.

If you sign up and can’t make it, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance via the event page for a refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible. We often have a waitlist and can fill your spot with notice.
