This group is for anyone interested in learning how to cook easy, nourishing, plant-based meals from scratch. Whether you’re just curious, transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle, or looking to level up your meal prep game, you’re welcome here.
Each class is led by Chef Vasta of Iwacu Flavors and focuses on practical skills, cultural connections, and joyful food experiences. You’ll learn how to prep real ingredients into meals that are flavorful, affordable, and satisfying—with tools and techniques that make cooking easier and more enjoyable.
We meet every other Sunday at 3 PM MST via Zoom.
