About us

The Denver Project Management Collaborative (DPMC) is a practitioner-led community for project, program, portfolio, and change professionals who value real conversations about real work.

This group is designed for professionals who want to:

  • Sharpen their craft through peer learning and structured discussion
  • Stay current on how project management is evolving in practice
  • Build meaningful professional relationships within the Denver PM community
  • Navigate career growth, transitions, and leadership decisions with clarity

DPMC hosts weekly topic-driven networking sessions focused on modern project leadership, delivery excellence, and career sustainability. Each session is intentionally structured to encourage thoughtful discussion, practical insight, and high-quality connections—without sales pitches or superficial networking.

Topics range from:

  • Career strategy and job search at the senior level
  • PMO maturity and delivery effectiveness
  • Stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Leadership paths, influence, and organizational change
  • Emerging trends shaping the profession, including AI

This is not a beginner bootcamp, a job board, or an open-mic networking event. It is a professional forum built for practitioners who want to learn from one another, challenge assumptions, and stay sharp in a changing market.

If you value practical insight, professional dialogue, and community built on substance—not hype—you’ll find your people here.
