Splurge on a Valentine's Weekend Tea!
Details
Let's celebrate the weekend of Valentine's Day with an afternoon tea, Boulder style! The Chatauqua Dining Hall is presenting a traditional tea service which includes the classic assortment of sweet and savory pastries, scones, and tea sandwiches on a three-tiered serving platter with a pot of tea. There is a variety of teas to choose from, including herbal.
If you are familiar with the Chatauqua Dining Hall, you know it has a comfortable, "old-timey" lodge feel to it. If you haven't been there before, come check it out. It's worth the drive!
Parking is available along the front of the dining hall and other nearby buildings. At this time of year, there is no charge.
Price: $35/person, plus tax and tip. I promise, you won't leave hungry!

NOTE THE FOLLOWING!
If you indicate you are "going," please keep your commitment to the extent possible. Please avoid a last-minute cancellation and by all means, DO NOT be a "no-show!!" If the weather/roads are expected to be bad, I will cancel. (As of now, the weather is forecasted to be fine, just like most of this non-winter.)
**The Chatauqua "complex" and park is an easy drive along the picturesque Highway 93 to Baseline Road in south Boulder (if you are coming from west Jeffco). If you would like to carpool with me from Lakewood, I have room for 3 other members - first come, first served. The carpool spot will be in the light rail train park and ride lot of the Federal Center Station at 2nd and Union (essentially behind Jason's Deli and across from OrthoColorado). Pick up time will be about 1 pm. Contact me via the "chat" option on Meetup if you want to carpool to Boulder.)**
