Join us Wednesday at 5:30 am at Cornerstone Park for a warm up, hill repeats, and cool down.
We will meet in the parking lot and do two warm up loops around the lake (2.5 miles approx).
Hard run from the parking lot up to Wigwam (60 seconds), jog/walk back x10 (for those of you more advanced, feel free to make a right at Wigwam and run up to the light)
Cool down with 1 loop around the lake
Our meetups are free and open to all.
Walk, jog, run or crawl, you're welcome to join us anytime.
If you don't understand the workout or have never been, that's ok, come a few minutes early and we'll explain. If you need to cut the workout short or modify due to experience/ time constraints, etc, that's ok too. It's your run and we're a friendly group! Hope to see you Wednesday!
