Education, the art and science of engineering minds, feels about as modern as the Game of Thrones.
Our world today is suffering from two major crises: a crisis of Purpose, and a crisis of Love. The former exacerbates existing wealth and opportunity inequalities. The latter fuels unproductive addiction-seeking behaviors.
Well-designed education systems are both an antidote to and a refuge from these crises. In a world with exponentially improving technologies that render the useful half-life of educational content shorter, how do we design robust education systems that work with, and not against exponential forces? How do we make a quantum leap in education outcomes?
This meetup will be organized as a series of events that comprise of talks and conversations around how to use Design and AI to solve for Good Education Systems.
