Dhyan Foundation is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting inner wellbeing, mindful living, and compassionate values through free, community-based programs.
Our offerings include:

  • Guided meditation and mindfulness practices
  • Gentle yoga for relaxation and stress relief
  • Wellness and mental wellbeing sessions
  • Nature-based and sustainable living education
  • Community learning and service-oriented activities

All our programs are beginner-friendly, inclusive, and offered free of cost, often in partnership with libraries, community spaces, and local organizations across the Bay Area.

This group is open to anyone seeking calm, balance, and meaningful connection in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
