I moved to Connecticut three years ago and still don’t know many people here. Making friends as an adult is hard, so I started something I’d want to be invited to myself.
Once a month, six people who haven’t met sit down to dinner at a restaurant in New Haven. You answer a few questions when you book, and I use your answers to put the tables together. You’ll find out the restaurant the morning of.
Come on your own. You won’t be the only one. Newcomers, longtime locals, introverts, and extroverts are all welcome.
No networking, no speed-dating. Just a good meal and a table of people you probably wouldn’t have met otherwise.
