Hello! This drop-in mindfulness group is open to beginners and experienced practitioners. There is no such thing as a "good meditator" so please come exactly as you are.
During each call, there will be an opportunity to check-in, guided mindfulness practice, and time to reflect or ask questions. All abilities and identities are welcome.
Your facilitator is a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness meditation mentor, and leadership coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has had a human/imperfect meditation practice for 20+ years.
