Midday meetup to allow full-time people the chance to network during the 9-5 grind. This meetup is perfect for flippers, private money lenders, developers, contractors and anyone looking for a deal.
When: Tuesday, April 14th, please arrive by 11:30. Meeting will start at 12:00 PM.

If you are new and learning the biz, we ask you to email and register with the host directly. We are more than happy to have you attend, but understand this is not a "learn the process" or "how to do it" meetup. This is also not a space for anyone to push a service on attendees. No "sign up for my class" gimmick and definitely no one-on-one coaching scams that cost way too much money and usually leave victims in a worse position than when they started. We encourage attendees to bring a deal, buy a deal, recommend a great contractor, etc.
This event will be meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, so mark your calendar ahead of time.
