Have you an entry to this years DCM and looking to join a training group? This is a casual Marathon Training Group for anyone looking to get over the finish line sub 3h45.
Those looking to run a faster or slower marathon are welcome to join but the average pace of each run will be 5.20 to 5.30 mins/km so that everyone stays together.
Runs will kick off each week from the Visitors Centre Car Park in Phoenix Park. The starting time will differ on a weekly basis depending on what mileage we're doing as the aim is to finish by 10.30am and join the other Dublin Runners for coffee & cake after (the most important part of the run!)
Distances will vary each week and routes will be posted in advance - please familiarise yourself with routes before the run.
Water drops will be organised in advance so please RSVP early in the week so we know how many bottles of water to leave out and if you cannot make it please sign out. Please arrive at the car park a few mins early as we start on time.
This week's run is 12 miles (19.3km) starting at 8.30am
